We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during transit.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or washed products.
• Products without original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Hygiene products where the seal has been broken (if applicable).

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• COD refunds will be transferred to your bank account after verification.

Exchange

We offer replacements for:

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged products.
• Manufacturing defects.

Replacement requests should be made within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
