Thank you for shopping with MostlyMuted. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.

Please provide your Order ID while requesting cancellation.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund process is required if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
3. Cancellation by MostlyMuted
MostlyMuted reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock
Payment failure
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
4. Changes to This Policy
MostlyMuted reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
