1. 7-Day Free Return Policy

We offer a 7-day free return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return within 7 days only if:

  1. You received a damaged product

  2. You received the wrong product

  3. The product has a manufacturing defect

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  1. The product must be unused and unwashed

  2. Original tags must be intact

  3. The item must be in its original packaging

  4. Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Verification Process

All return requests are subject to verification by MostlyMuted.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product.

  • Returns will only be approved after verification by our team.

  • If the product does not meet our return conditions, the return request may be rejected.

4. Refund Process

After successful verification and return pickup:

  1. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  2. Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The product has been used or washed

  2. Tags are removed

  3. Return request is made after 7 days

  4. The product is damaged due to misuse

  5. The issue is related to size selection
